Limone Piemonte is the only winter sports resort of the Maritime Alps easily accessible by both road or rail: Turin-Cuneo- Limone- Ventimiglia or Nice-Limone-Turin. Ideally situated for interesting visits (the Fortresses of Colle di Tenda, Valle delle Meraviglie, etc.) by feet, mountain bike or on horseback, exploring the Maritime Alps between Italy and France.

Arriving from Turin, Limone is situated about 40 km to the barrier road of “Cuneo – Sant’Albano” of A6 Turin – Savona motorway. If customers arrive from Liguria they must take the same motorway, but the suggested barrier road is at Mondovì, about 50 km to Limone.
From both the barriers road customers must continue on the “20 - Col de Tende” State Road and reach Limone Piemonte (about 6 km from France frontier).
If customers choose the Nizza – Ventimiglia itinerary, they must take the “20 –Col de Tende” State Road, reaching the “Col de Tende” tunnel and than Limone Piemonte. (www.michelin.it

BY TRAIN
Customers can reach Limone Piemonte village by train and its railway station is located on the Turin-Cuneo-Ventimiglia (Nice) railway. Customers can consult the timetable on
Trenitalia website and on
French State Railway website.
A lot of shuttle trips allow the skiers to reach the ski runs.
BY BUS
It is available a new provincial bus line called “Linea Bianca” for Alba – Bra – Fossano – Cuneo – Limone Piemonte section.
